Let's Get Walking

Six Nations Parks and Recreation along with Health Services is offer-ing an indoor walking group until the blue track reopens. Want to walk off those winter blues? Join the Let’s Get Walking program. This program will allow you to walk indoors and out of the blowing cold on your lunch break!

Community Walking Club
The Community walking club is open to everyone and is FREE to attend!  See benefits of walking and more.
When: Monday-Friday 12-1pm  Monday 5-6pm, Wednesday 7-8pm
Where: Blue Track behind Community Hall

Walking Club - Diabetes Education Program
Meet up with the Diabetes Education Program and walk around the block at your own pace,  Start at the Whitepines Wellness Centre, 1st Floor and bring your sneakers, water, and sunscreen!  Everybody welcome, rain or shine.
When: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays
Time: 12:30-1:00pm

Stroller Club
Six Nations Child & Family Services, Health Promotion & Nutrition Services, and Stoneridge Resource Centre are presenting a FREE Stroller Club. Instructed by fitness trainer that will enable mom’s to workout while pushing the baby in the stroller. Strollers and transportation available if needed (there will also be a draw for a new stroller at the end of the program). 
When: Thursdays ongoing
Time: 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
